Carob Walnut Balls with coconut, chia +carob


This sweet treat is quick and easy with no baking required. Not to mention guiltless pleasure- carob has less fat than cocoa and its caffeine free.


Recipe:

1.5 cups walnuts

1.5 cups dates

0.5 cup oats

2 tbsp carob powder

1 tsp vanilla

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the texture becomes gooey and moist. Remove from food processor and form into small balls. Coat in chia seeds, coconut flakes and carob. Enjoy with your favorite drink.
