Hemp Protein Bowl

1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup fresh kale
1 granny smith apple
1 banana
½ cup oats
2 tbsp of Green Hills hemp protein
½ cup coconut milk (Silk)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (can omit for vegan version)
Blend all ingredients and transfer mixture to a wide dish. Dress with your favorite fruits, nuts n grains finished with lime wedges and fresh mint for an air of freshness to the palette.
