How can I request a printed catalog of your products?
At this time, due to the size of our inventory we do not offer printed catalogs.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Please contact us with any questions regarding products that are currently out of stock. We will do our best to make our products available.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped. Sales taxes are clearly shown at checkout

How can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from primapureorganics.com at the time their order ships.

What is the difference between Virgin and Refined?
Virgin is considered the natural/raw material with the characteristic color, flavor, and aroma.
Refining removes these properties so the material is a lighter shade than the virgin material and often times clear, off-white, or white with little-to-no scent or flavor.
What does Non-GMO mean?
Non-genetically modified organism; by definition, all organic materials are Non-GMO.
Are your essential oils food grade?
We do not advise on usage or formulation and refer customers to the Code of Federal Regulations.
